10% veterans discount with ID. I slightly prefer Home Depot to Lowes: it seems to be oriented a little more toward professionals. I'm more likely to find what I need there. There is generally a very knowledgeable person in each area. I've found much of their advice useful. This location rents tools.

Good place for DIY projects or construction projects. I stood around obviously looking for something. Several employees walked right past and did not ask if I needed help. One guy I asked where an item was located actually took me over to the item.

They seem to have more employees now, you don't feel all alone anymore. We got great service today when we bought 8 large items. Prices beat the other big box stores plus I got my 10% veterans discount.

This location is very convenient to the interstate and has a great varienty of supplies for all types of projects. The paint department is great. The assistants in the paint department are very friendly and efficient. It's great to be able to leave a paint order with them, finish shopping for the rest of the items on the shopping list, and pick up the completed paint order on the way to the check-out counter.

Absolutely the most useless employees in existence anywhere. Any question presented about the simplest thing is reply to with a blank stare and and I don't know.
