Mt. Fuji Japanese Sushi & Hibachi Restaurant

Waited 45 minutes at the table before our chef came. Ordered a drink at the bar and nobody knew how to make it. Had to ask twice before getting waters for the table. We had to go to the bar and pick up our drinks ourselves after waiting 25 minutes. The server never asked whether or not we wanted split checks. I split it up for her. Food was good. They were terribly understaffed and the focus was definitely on making money vs. Quality of experience or food. Will not be going back.

Just moved from Seattle, which is a tough sushi act to follow. Mt. Fuji had good prices, good portions. Hibachi was delicious--chef was a showman and made it fun, too. Sushi was solid, with plenty of variety. Add in the coupons from the mailer and you've got a solid date night spot that won't break the bank. Only complaint was the tuna tartar was ground instead of sliced tuna. Staff were attentive. Will absolutely be back. A lot!

Horrible service, orderd hot tea and received tap water lukewarm tea. When we asked for extra sauce the waitress said no. Food was disgusting. Will NEVER come back!!!

tonight was our first time here we had a big party of 12 and i can honestly say everyone loved it. our server was really attentive never stopped with the refills and taking away plates. the cheff was also amazing he was very nice made the hibachi experience fun as well and the food was actually really Good! we will be back for sure

Made reservations on a Thursday morning for Saturday. Apparently "reservation" means first come first serve... My birthday group of 10 people had to wait an hour. IF YOU DON'T SAVE SEATS, DON'T TAKE RESERVATIONS!!! Food was average.
