MT Greylock is not the place for large RVs. Unfortunately, we were told the RV was fine and they had a pull thru site available. There was no pull thru site big enough to maneuver a 42' motorhome. We did get it in the site, however, there were so many trees it was almost impossible to get the rig out. The owner needs to be upright about the spaces. We should have known when he looked a our RV and said my gosh that's a big rig!

Nice wooded roomy sites. Not on top of each other. Close enough to some area attractions, hiking, fishing, dining. Fantastic New owners looking to update alot of the electrical hookups and make the sites more user friendly. We will surely be back.

Camping here was a blast and Gordon and Patricia are wonderful owners. Gordon was RELENTLESS in his efforts to appease his guests...literally he was cleaning the bathroom at 12 o'clock at night. You can feel his love for his place. The camping is nice, easy, and the sites are well maintained. It's a big campground with a lot of people but it doesn't feel that way, and with future updates it will only get better.

Had our second visit to Hidden Valley for four nights starting 10/10/17. The new owner was very helpful and our site, #77 was quite nice but close to the adjacent sites. All the sites have electricity, potable water and graywater hookups. There is a black water dump at the camp entrance and the owner offers a black water pump out at your site. The campground is close to many places to visit and there is great hiking on Mt Greylock for hikers of all abilities. The scenery is gorgeous. There is only one bathroom which could use some updating. We were there mid-week, after school was open so it certainly wasn't crowded. I suspect it could be during the summer. We would certainly return again.

Under new ownership. They keep it in nice condition. Seems like more of an RV spot come fall.
