MUJI

The only Muji store in Boston, and only few Muji stores left the in USA as most of them are permanently closed. Located in the hip area of Newbury street. Collections are so limited and a lot of stuff are not available. Prices are not competitive compared to other Muji in other countries.

Wide mix of department store stuff - plain clothes, lots of pens and paper, overpriced luggage, kitchen and bedroom stuff. Only one cashier despite a long line.

A relaxing place with very good prices on notebooks and stationary. There are places to sit for a while and aromatic diffusers for a nice atmosphere. The clothes are too expensive for my taste, however.

Really pleasant and asthetically pleasing store! Staff are really nice and are very helpful and attentive. They sell a variety of stationary products, home goods, and mens and womens clothing. The aroma bar and diffusers make the whole store smell amazing and their bean bag chairs are so good!

We visited Muji Boston on 11/03. They started to close the store at about 7:45 PM 15 minutes before official time. At 7:50, the manager told us we were late and couldn't pay for our purchases. She was very rude talking to us actually, she was screaming saying that. I asked her for her name but was rudely told that it was not my business. Other workers were very polite but also didn't give me the manager's name. I'm going to contact Muji customer service to let them know about Muji Boston's manager's unaccepted behavior.

I love MUJI and they have great stuff but they should open a new store in a less crowded area, feels like every time I go I can’t check everything because is always packed nice for them not so great for me I guess. Pleaseeeee open another location!!!

I'm a fan of Muji. Shopping in Muji is a great experience along with aesthetic satisfaction of minimalistic items and setting. The store smells nice, thanks to the natural humidifier scents. Low prices and high quality items are a positive feturea in the store. I love the Wabi Sabi, zenish vibe of the store. Highly recommended.

The best store in the area for simple essentials. Love the transparent design language - storage materials can be seen through to identify what's inside, but are never distracting. I go here anytime I need little boxes or storage solutions. Don't be afraid to stray out of your section - I've frankensteined together quite a few great looking storage solutions from throughout the store.

This was my first time shopping at MUJI and I don't think it will be my last. They have a little bit of everything from pens and paper to suits and ties, all at really good prices. I ended up getting 3 t-shirts for $24 and they seem to be good quality. Nice store.

I happened to walk past MUJI with my family while vacationing. We love the shopping, restaurants, and architecture of the beautiful brownstone homes and buildings in Back Bay. MUJI is a Japanese home products and clothing company. We loved the look and feel of the store plus we really enjoyed the aroma misters and the comfortable ergonomic bean-bag like chairs where you can just kick back. I bought 2 really comfortable 100% cotton shirts and they are super. I’m very happy with the quality and prices and also like the stylish array of clothing and household good available. Stop by and see for yourself. We will do so again on our next visit to Boston.
