I know I was going to be late for my sons Max appointment as there was an accident on 95 and I called scheduling department to make them aware of it. The lady on the phone was very professional and polite, assured us that we will still be seen when we get to the Jones location. As I walked in and asked the staff if they received the call they did reply yes with that rude smirk on their faces and told me that my son won’t be seen as we are late… I asked them why they didn’t call me to let me know that my son won’t be seen for his feeding/speech therapy for which he has been waiting for 6 months to get it and they rudely replied that they are sorry for not calling me… someone needs to teach them some good customer service skills and how to do their job properly.

We love Ms. Anna G. we have followed her from the green valley location to now the jones location. She has treated my baby girl Esme since 3 months old so my baby girl is attached to Ms. Anna, not only is she very knowledgeable and helpful but she's also super kind and caring with the kids. She has made therapy so much more easy and enjoyable. If you have a baby with torticollis she is the one to go to!

All therapists and staff are wonderful!!!!Thank you for all that you do!!! The only thing is this ladyparent who most of the time is always on her cell phone and speaks very loud inside the waiting area, most of us parents are trying to relax meanwhile waiting for our children but it's impossible with this lady being too loud on her cell phone!

Very bad place.Supervisor Kristen she was dragging my daughter’s case when my daughter had a fist surgery they was scheduled 3times but at last minutes they were canceled they said they don’t have enough protocols.second time my daughter had surgery surgeon recommended the therapy they took a 3weeks to review the documents and scheduled her but last minute they canceled due to not enough the protocol but my surgeon provided all the documents for them.supervisor Kristen has some issues with my daughter.I have remember when my daughter was young she was vey mean and rude my daughter still she wants to punish that’s why she did this to my daughter.if they cannot do this they should have to tell first time but they dragging and dragging they make a worst my daughter I really hate them.if they don’t have good therapists they should have to close their facility.

He is simply the best! When my son first came in, he wasn't talking. I noticed during the very first appointment that Casey showed exceptional care to my son. He made my son feel comfortable and made the learning environment fun for my son. After just a couple of weeks, my son was starting to talk and interact more with my husband and I. Casey really has had such a positive impact on my son and his progression. We are so thankful for therapists like Casey who really love their jobs and the children they help.

The staff is always friendly and upbeat. The facilities are bright, colorful, and have great energy. Physical Therapist Nicole is definitely an asset to MLF therapy. My daughter works with her several times a week and I'm always pleased at her patience and genuine care for my child. Since working with Nicole my daughter has made tremendous developmental improvements. Nicole is an absolute Rock Star physical therapist! I have had a nice experience and really appreciate the service and care from the staff.

One of my friends has a child with a developmental delay, and on one occasion, I accompanied her to this office for her daughter’s therapy session. The staff was so friendly and helpful to us as adults, and more importantly, they were even more warm and welcoming to her daughter! It was very obvious that the staff truly cared about the children to whom they provide service, because during the therapy session, we could tell that the therapist sincerely enjoyed her opportunity to connect with children. I would recommend this office to anyone!

My kiddos were patients here for four FABULOUS years!!! The therapists we had were very, very compassionate and understanding with my kiddos and they displayed a great amount of patience!!! We miss them dearly and hope some day My Left Foot Children’s Therapy will open centers around the greater cities of Los Angeles. My kids were spoiled with compassionate therapist there and We can’t seem find a center here that compares the Jones and Henderson locations. Thank you so much for the progress my kiddos made at your facility!!!

Children run through the doors with excitement, therapists are treated with respect and gratitude, and all employees are welcomed with a bright, friendly and positive atmosphere to spend their day. Each location has specialty features, including skylights, sensory rooms, interactive games/virtual reality systems, a therapeutic swimming pool, and so much more! Each treatment room is equipped with a personal swing, and all of the toys one could beg Santa for!  MLFCT is a wonderful place to work, and I bet the only people who appreciate more, are the parents who see such profound progress from choosing to be a part of the family!

I have been taking my child to my left foot children's therapy for 5 yrs. They have the very best therapists! They are not only very skilled , professional , but also so very patient & caring. They really do work so well with children! My child has made a lot of progress thanks to the qualified therapists that have worked & continue to work with my daughter.
