My Thai Vegan Cafe

After a day long drive, we could not have asked for anything more for a complete wholesome meal(read dinner). Fresh, sumptuous and fantastic vegan food. Order anything and you will simply enjoy it. The portions are filling and great. Especially for my friends from India(looking for veg or non-meat /fish alternatives) your search should end here. I am still enjoying the after taste...... Yummy!!!

I love taking my wife here knowing everything is vegetarian. Rather than having only one or two good options her mind is blown with dozens of great choices. While in town we made a point of visiting twice. It's hard to know what to expect from the outside but inside it's beautiful and quiet. I actually wish there were a little more noise so I wouldn't feel so conscious of my toddler's variety of sounds.

The food was great and fresh, the service reasonably quick, and I was totally pleased. Don’t let the grungy look of the outside and the steps up fool you - it is quite pleasant inside. The prices are reasonable. This is not 5 star because it is a 5 star Michelin restaurant - it is 5 star for the type of totally vegan Asian food they serve. The only downside is that it is not accessible (AFAIK) if you cannot climb steps.

Great food, large portions, mediocre service, mildly rude. Entrance is filthy and in poor repair but restaurant is much better (except the bathrooms, which are worse than the entrance.) Staff comes by when they feel like it and food comes out the same way, whenever it's convenient for them. Hours are reasonabe but don't drop by within an hour of closing. Regardless of the sign on the door, they seem to stop serving when they feel like it. Overall if I'm in the area I would probably go back but I won't go out of my way to go there and if I'm looking for a pleasant dining experience I'll go elsewhere.

I was treated very bad by the staff in this restaurant. The credit card system didn’t work and they didn’t let me know about this before ordering. They demanded me to walk to the atm to get cash and they were VERY rude. I would have done it with pleasure if they asked in a nice way. I could have gone without paying. The service is horrible and the prices too high. I used to love this place because I am vegan, but I hate when people take advantage of situations like this. I do not recommend this place of you are looking for a good service. The waitress barely looked at us during the whole lunch and seemed annoyed every time I asked for something. I hope someone can fix all of these problems.
