These guys went above and beyond to help me. I went to a Ford dealership first, and all those guys wanted to do was make me agree to pay for a diagnosis before they did anything. No thanks to them. Thanks to NAPA.

The guys literally went above and beyond. I had gone to Autozone 3 times to find out the hose I needed for my car, they didn’t carry. Napa was able to find it right away and get it ordered for me in less than 5 minutes. They also helped me find a few other things, explained pieces I might need, and got me out in less than 10 minutes. They were extremely friendly and understanding on the phone and I definitely will continue to give them my business!

My father had made a trip out to ABQ for a particular part and came across this store, which noted they possessed knowledge, expertise, and quality. My father goes in with a certain part in mind and the gentleman tells him that they have one in stock in Denver and if he wants to buy it and have it by tomorrow he would have to finalize the purchase within the next two hours. My father goes ahead and makes the purchase and leaves ABQ, which is about an hour and a half drive away from home. The next day my father makes the same drive and returns to the store. Unfortunately, the part he purchased was not the correct one, which makes my father extremely upset.There was nothing he could do but get his money back. If you want to waste time and money please come to this store. If not, do yourself a favor and stay away!

Great service, and had all the unusual parts I needed to get my car up and running. One of the parts was a house with a bunch of complex bends, and the NAPA-branded part fit flawlessly in the factory brackets.
