We arrived to our vacation home to find that we had no hot water.  We called your company late morning and Andrew and Patrick came over and determined that our water heater had a burnt igniter.  I was told that MAYBE it would be repaired the next day.  Bummer!  A few minutes before 4:00 pm (quitting time), Patrick and Andrew showed up and had made the repair.  It seems that they went to the shop and came back , despite how late in the day it was, to ensure we had hot water for our stay.  I would like to commend these very conscientious employees for caring enough to take care of our problem even if they could have taken care of it the following day.  Thank you for helping us to be comfortable in our home!  We truly appreciate the professional and caring employees you have.  Thanks, again, Patrick and Andrew!!!!!
