New Mexico Propane

This place is the worst. They are THE MOST expensive propane retailer in the area. Their propane costs more than everywhere else and their tank rental fees are much higher than everywhere else. Aside form that, they do whatever they can to ensure they can tack on as many fees as possible. Also, their customer service is horrible. If I wasn't renting my house I would change retailers in a heart beat. Kit Carson propane has way better tank rental prices, propane prices and customer service, and for those in the Ojo Calliente area Ferrell Gas also has way better prices and customer service.

Use nm propane if you want to call them for three weeks trying to get a delivery and they let you go a week without propane.

New Mexico Propane never lets me run out of gas. I don't have to do anything or worry about it, they just take care of me before my fuel level gets too low ..... all I have to do is pay them.

We have been scheduled and rescheduled 3 times and no propane! I don't know who is in charge of this office but I will and they will wish they had just delivered the propane the first time THEY scheduled it. It took the! No time to take my money!!!
