I'm a snowbird who accidentally sat on his eyeglasses on Friday the 13th. Naples Optical was so understanding on the phone and said either of their stores would be happy to try a repair. The one off Pine Ridge was closest and in less than 10 min the world no longer looked cockeyed.  I was so happy. No charge, just a smile. If ever need eyewear in season, I'm sure to comeback!

Haven't had my eyes checked for 12 years! Naples Optical made me comfortable through the entire process.  They were thorough and professional.  Really relived with their findings. The staff was extremely helpful in selecting the right frames for me. Thank You!
