Dr. Atlas is very friendly. I went in because I had an eye infection and even before I saw him the optician knew what was going on which made me think they obviously hire people with experience. If you're looking for a trendy pair of glasses I say get fitted with Melanie. She's been working there ever since I found out about this office and she always makes sure I leave with a great pair. Not to mention she has an awesome personality and style. They have something for everyone of all budgets and carry current styles and trends. I say give them a try and be the judge for yourself. PS- my eye cleared up by the end of the week and they called in my prescription so it was ready when I went by to pick it up. #CustomerService

I received the most amazing customer service. I was able to obtain the most comfortable pair of eye glasses I’ve ever worn! Plus the curly hair employee was super nice! Go shop there today!

Downtown Opticians was such an amazing experience. I was helped by Melani who was amazing! She was not only very patient but was 100% devoted to getting me what I needed. Along with the great customer service, I was also very happy with their prices! :) Will be coming back for sure :)!

Melanie in Dr Atlas' office is a true professional. She was kind enough to locate an obscure brand of contacts for me when I had to evacuate from Key West. Her efficiency and kindness of spirit was appreciated.

My father has been there on multiple occasions for repairs, and they are so friendly and fast. Reliable and great customer service, would highly recommend!
