TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS - AVOID ! AVOID! - my 84 year old mother with Alzheimers had her vision exam and purchased her glasses through this company. Within about a month she lost her glasses. I went into the store to get the RX and PD so I could order some cheap glasses online. They refused to give me her PD unless I paid them $40 even though they just fitted her and had this info. I walked in Walmart and they gave me her PD for free but said they would normally charge $7.50.

I called the office last week to schedule an appointment. When I arrived at the office on 3/9/17 the receptionist who was on the phone proceeded to tell me that I did not have an appt. When I questioned it she then proceeded to tell me that they did not take my insurance.I immediately called my insurance company and they in fact did confirm that the off DID take the insurance. The girl behind the counter was not entering it correctly and even had to call someone else in the office to see how it needed to be entered. When I questioned this the receptionist became very argumentative.At that point another employee came over and asked me why I would just walk in and demand an appointment if I had not made one in the first place. I looked at him and said I would never just walk in without an appt. The Dr agreed to squeeze me in and the office accepted no responsibility on their mistake and obvious lack of training. I will have the exam but will go elsewhere yo get my glasses.Do Not Use this very unfriendly unprofessional office.

The place you describe as having poor customer service and a rude staff must not be the same place I went, although I know It was! The ladies in reception could not have been any nicer or more helpful. The nurse, Michelle, was professional and also very kind.. Doctor was great, eyewear specialist great, and you must have gone someplace else!

I don't know where all these people are going but its definitely not the same place I go to. The receptionist and staff are extremely nice! I drive up from Margate to come here...
