Costco Vision Center

Requires a membership to buy glasses or contacts. Found out the hard way. It's a very small corner of the store and they have a limited selection. They didn't have the contacts I was prescribed at Visionworks. There's an eye doctor adjacent and he's a pretty good doctor. His prices are roughly equivalent to Visionworks: $130 for dual glasses and contacts exam, $70 for just glasses (as of 3/11/18).

Worst customer service I have ever experience, I was help by the manager Monique and she wasn’t able to help me with a pair of damaged glasses that I bought few weeks ago. She was super rude and no willing to find a solution to my problem.

Wait time it’s horrible. Over an hour wait on a weekday. Under staff only one worker.

The price is good ,quality is fine. When I went to choose a new glasses the experience is awesome. However they mess up my phone number so I didn't receive the text message or phone call for my new glasses at all. And when I called them to ask where is my new glasses, the first guy answer my phone just tell me hold on a second and hang up. The second lady is very inpatient and rude. I work in hotel, answer 50+ phone everyday, I will never answer customer's calling in this way.

Only one staff member is short with the customers, (must suffer from feelings of inferiority), otherwise all are very professional. Good choice of frames.
