Horrible!!! They will make you wait very long time. I was made to wait 3 and half hours before the doctor saw me. The staff seems to be overwhelmed and don’t care for the long wait time, even though this practice is for young children (3-7 year olds). As a parent, I would not recommend that you come with your young child because of the close to three hours of wait time!

Came with an 8 years old. They said he has 0.5 and doesn’t need glasses besides for TV. 6 months later when I felt something is still wrong with his vision I took him to a different place and I was shocked to hear that his number is 3.5!

BEWARE!!! I give 1 star because 0 stars is not an option!! I would NEVER recommend this place nor Dr. Scott C. Cardone to anyone EVER even if it were the last place standing!! To say my experience there was horrific is an understatement! My son is 7 years old and autistic, when he could not follow the doctors request as quickly as he wanted him to he quickly began to berate my son by saying "maybe he needs a hearing test too!" Then he ripped away a little toy my son had in his grasp. When my son got upset, he abruptly got up and barged out of the room shouting "whenever you can get him to cooperate, I'll come back!" No one should ever be subjected to this type of treatment!! Ignorance is not a good look for you "DR" Cardone!! Educate yourself! #Autismawareness #Autismspeaks #autism #wireddifferently

They fit me in for an emergency gave me an appointment but for no use because ANYONE before or after that appointment were taking before me. Made me feel guilty that others had appointments. Didn't I have it too? Was it my fault they fit me in? Should I be treated any differently then on one with an appointment just like me? But my copy was charged right at the appointment time. So much for an emergency So much for fitting me in...could have said come and we will TRY to see you. That was not the case. Very upsetting. Never going back.
