Great place! I got my glasses there more than a month ago and when I received them ( 2 days later, very fast shipping) I could not see well with them.the first doctor I went to had made a mistake with my prescription and I had to go to a different place to get another eye exam. I called Warby Parker to ask them how much it would be for the lens replacement and they were able to do it for free and it was not even their fault that the prescription was wrong! They were very caring and willing to help out! Highly recommend this place!

Great experience visiting this store. Usually some would complain about not receiving service or attention when walking in but in this situation where you would want to browse, it's actually a good thing. They don't pressure or attack you as soon as you come in and allow you to take a look at the different frames and try them on at your own pace. There are a ton of frames and styles, including sunglasses. Once you find the right pair, they get you examined and ordering in no time. Very seamless process and great service.

Great place and location. Service is always great, attentive, positive, and very helpful. I’ve never had an issue. Have recommended it to my friends and family. Many of them already own Warby Parker glasses. Good selection.

Just when I thought customer service was slowly depleting in Miami, Warby Parker is one of the retail establishments that got my hopes up. I read the reviews before considering this place because I normally go to the big box stores for my glasses. I'm just so happy that I decided to give them a try.
I walked in and was immediately greeted by a consultant. No pressure here. He let me wander around after briefly explaining how the pricing works. Frames (with single vision lenses) start around $95 and goes up to $195 for titanium ones. If I want prescriptions sunglasses, just add an extra $100. Simple enough.
I love the retro design of their frames. I spent about an hour just trying on different frames cause I just wanted the right shape from my oval face. I selected a couple, Burke and Gilbert. I asked a couple of staff for their opinion and both said go for the Gilbert for my first pair. I handed over my existing prescription, then a technician was called to measure my Pupillary Distance. He noticed that my prescription also had progressive lenses info but it's going to cost an extra $295. I just opted for single vision so the frames complete with lenses were only going to cost me $95.
I ordered, paid, got an email receipt and was told my glasses will be ready 7 to 10 business days. I also was given the option to ship them at home or pick up at the store. I selected store pick up and 4 days later, they were already ready. I went to back to pick them up, tried them on and absolutely loved it! The technician also advised me that if I ever need adjustments, just come to the store anytime and they'll do it for free. Simply impressive! Big box stores should pay attention to Warby Parker's practices on how to give the best customer service! It definitely won me so I'm getting another pair as a back up :)

Horrible experience! I went there to pick frames. Gave my insurance number. Couldn’t find it. They charged me full price. Called my insurance company. They went their website. Put my policy number, no problem. Called them back. Told them this, wait 30 min on the phone. Finally they figured and process my order. Waited 10 days. Finally sent them email. They told me “oh thanks for checking in” it looks like we have a problem!!! They suck! Did they wait for me to find out there is a problem? I told them it is crazy. They asked for my credit card for the third time to process my order and pay 20$ co-pay. All the inconvenience they created, they didn’t care at all. 4 weeks later they process my order. I kindly advice them to get out this business. It is related to health. Not providing hipster glasses. They suck!!!
