NAS Oceana Skeet & Trap

Awesome range, had a blast both times I went, intend on going many more. Some malfunctions with the clay throwers. Staff is very relaxed and friendly. Not too fond of the constant air craft, but it is a Naval Aviation base.Never rented a gun or bought ammo here, but games are cheap! 3 rounds, almost two hours, and it was 18 dollars

A complete disaster. The 5 stand has been down for almost two years. The staff and equipment are poor at best. It’s a complete joke.

This place use to be nice, Archer stacks and 3D . open fields and the smell of gunpowder in the air. Now it's full of junk and big equipment. And the skeet is ran by a bunch of little girls who don't know a bird shot from a flu shot. Went to shoot at 1645. Lady said last call is at 1700. And the close at 1800.. And I was more than welcome to come back at 0800 the next day but I couldn't shoot. Well I just don't understand that. So I won't be back.

MWR has really run this place into the ground. They're the only place in town and they know it so they don't put much effort into maintenance and customer service. It's a real shame.
