The store is small given the size of the building. The archery and firearms feel over priced and the their fishing equipment in store is laughable at best. It's small cluttered and parking is less the great. It serves it's purpose for the area but if you want to support local business make the drive and go elsewhere.

...I made an appointment with Tom Wilcox to look at and try out a compound bow. I was interested in a Bear Cruzer G2, but he suggested that I try a slightly larger Bear Cruzer with 32" axle to axle length. Since I had never shot a compound bow, Tom took time to show me what I needed to know to get off a few shots and experience the difference between a traditional recurve and a compound...I was immediately sold. Tom completely setup the bow to fit draw length and weight, and all the accessories, and had me shoot the bow a few more times to make sure it was right. All in all, Mr Wilcox went out of his way to make sure my purchase experience was satisfactory....Thank you Tom Wilcox and I highly recommend Wilcox Bait & Tackle for all your archery needs...

These fine folk have saved my butt several times! Everyone is great and the service is always top notch. I drive from Gloucester just to shop here.
