Nashville Armory has my business indefinitely.
In today's age, we don't typically find quality customer service like the NA reps. The transaction I made with these guys was quick and painless and I was attended to the entire time by Wade. He helped me with my purchase and was very friendly and personable.
Sadly, being professional has escaped many businesses. I don't expect to be treated with friendly service at most places I patron. Having been in the customer service industry for many years, I can tell you that these guys get it. It's clear that customer service is a top priority for them. I am very aware of human interaction, as it is something I work with every day. I watched how the other reps interacted with other customers, and they too were helpful, professional, and high spirited.
Even richer, I paid $70 less than what another shop wanted to charge me. I was in and out in less than an hour. My experience was fantastic. It went so well, that I bought a shirt and a sticker for my truck to help spread the word.
They have a huge in stock selection of firearms and accessories, including blue label. If they don't have it, they'll order it. Their indoor range is top notch, too. Do your business with these guys, you won't be sorry.

My 1st visit was 16June 2016. I can say 2years later it is Best and safest indoor range I know of in the area. They even opened another one in Franklin Tn that is smaller but just as good!!! They have a large selection to buy or rent for practicing before you buy. ;-) They offer the best classes and fun events ever! Great place to visit with your out of town guest who enjoy target practice. They even have classes for women and encourage ladies participate. Check out their great website and calendar!

I would have to agree with the previous reviewer, this weapon supply store is pretty "rad". I especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee (which I took full advantage of), as well as the surplus weaponry the store had in its used inventory. I would hope to see more surplus firearms, as well as Hi-Point brand firearms. Those additions to the stores inventory would make this an exceptional place to waste my money.

I walked in and everyone was friendly and very helpful. They got me set up and if I had any questions during or afterwards they were very helpful and some of the best tips for a newbie I have ever experienced. They send information through email and try to work with your needs in a professional and expedient manner. Can't wait to get back there.

I have been going to this range for a few years and it's by far the best in Nashville. They are all serious about safety and will help you with any questions you have. The staff are all very knowledgeable and good people. I bought a silencer here which is a bit of a paperwork nightmare, but they made it very easy. Overall, Nashville Armory is a bit more expensive then other places (especially gun prices) but it is nicer as well. Another thing I like is in the years I've gone here, they keep the politics out of it. These dudes just love guns! Probably one of the best places to take a new shooter to introduce them to shooting.
