I ordered a gun online and received an email from Mr. Steve Allemore. The email was straight forward about transfer fee which is $35.00 per serialized item and a $10.00 background check fee for a total of $45.00. When I had an issue or concern about the delivery I email him and he responded back in a timely manner. When it was time to pick up my gun the whole process took less than 15 minutes. I was in and out. Overall, customer service was a 5/5.

This place is top notch. They are awesome in the services they provide. Their store is as awesome as the range itself. A great place for anyone who wants to come and keep up on their skills or learn some new ones.

This place is the best! I've made some purchases here, taken several advanced classes and come to shoot on several occasions. The staff is super friendly and the physical facility is awesome. I can't think of anything more you could reasonably ask for out of a gun shop / range.

Great times, very welcoming staff and range official. Will definitely take novices and sportsmen anytime the opportunity presents. Facilities are top notch and rental options abundant.

Disappointed. I contacted the retail manager via email twice and was very specific about what I was looking for and the program I was interested in purchasing a handgun through. I was assured of product availability on hand and on arrival met the retail manager near the front door, indicated I was the person who had been emailing with him again referred to what I was there to purchase. Long story short... I made the drive to this location and departed without the handgun, short my time, gas money and was charge for a background check that I didn’t need. I honestly expected more from a Glock Blue Label Dealer.
