Horrible! Was told was experts on Rolex watches on the phone and then had to wait while he handled my Rolex bare handed and on the ohone with someone else asking about the watch. Then wanted to offer $1,000 on a loan and tear it apart!! Then acted like I was lying about where I purchased my watch! All I could think of was dude can you even afford one that isn't a lost pawn? Not everyone is a desperate scum bag that goes in for a little extra quick cash and that's how they treated me!

I would stop in from time to time but they just redid the whole layout of the store and it looks AMAZING! Always great experiences here, friendly, and help out when I need it. I just wish they would get rid of the door buzzer, that's kinda strange.

Clean, brightly light, and very welcoming! They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me out of a bad situation. If I had the money, I would have done some shopping as well (some pretty great deals in there!)
