Uncle Ben's Pawnshop

I have been going to 'Uncle Ben's' for years and my experiences there have only been positive. The entire staff has always been extremely kind and helpful, and Lou and Tim in particular have really gone out of their way to help me. I've shopped around in the past and always Uncle Ben's has offered the most for anything of worth I was trying to sell. I know from experience that I can always trust in my dealings with them. It is the only pawn shop I will go to now.

I have known the folks at Uncle Ben's pawn shop for nearly fifty years. The fact is that Lou Tansky and his crew really do go out of their way to make a satisfied customer, as his late father did before him. Even though I moved away from Cleveland 40 years ago, I still keep visiting the shop whenever I am in Cleveland because I know I will get a fair deal on anything I buy there. I just completed a very significant over-the-phone / on-line transaction that was very satisfying because Lou treated me very well, like an extension of their family. My experience was sad smh. As soon as I walk through the door the man asked me what I had,I told him a laptop & a iPhone 6plus in very very very good condition basically brand new. He told me they don't take neither. When I just seen a commercial on TV saying they take use phones smh. I feel like it's a fake advertisement.

Definitely not your ordinary pawn shop that you might come across in that questionable area. Especially since this one is in a decent part of town with constant traffic. This place by far, is very well arranged and has an enormous selection of interesting items to chose from. The staff and owner are always very helpful and willing to assist whenever they aren't helping someone else. It's too bad that so many folks that stop in can't see the bigger picture and that the item they might be attempting to pawn isn't worth as much as they expected. To save yourself the trouble do your homework before stopping in.

So helpful witch my watch selection. Had many quirks hand hiccups in decisions and they were very patient and helpful.
