Easiest people to deal with on the planet. Anyone who has given a low rating was likely an irrational human being or made the trouble themselves. Fair and quality service every time. Been here 4 times and all 4 times my stress level never raised above a zero. Highly recommend to anyone needing a quick loan or who needs a good tv , vacuum. Etc at a discount. Ive bought and got loans here and will continue to do so.

Poor customer service. Instead of making you feel welcome they make me feel the opposite. Not rude but not friendly or helpful at all. I never write bad reviews but I've been there twice and I'll never go back for a third time.

The Ohio Gold and Pawn shop here in Canton, Ohio will exceed all your expectations— a wide variety of products, a showroom kept impeccably clean, knowledgeable friendly staff who treat every customer like family— don't go anywhere else for jewelry, coins, firearms, tools, electronics or art/sports memorabilia. Regarding my last firearm purchase, they were very helpful with setting up incremental payments that still worked within my budget. Right off the interstate, everyone should visit this eclectic collection of esoterica in the off-chance of finding something excellent you weren't expecting to.

Took some old gold necklaces in. I was offered $400. I did not like the guys body language. So I took the gold to Hartville coin and jewelry where I was offered $507. If you go to ohio gold & pawn avoid the big guy. He is not honest or polite.

Very nice establishment. I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice pawn shop.Very helpful staff.The lady who helped me was very nice.Made me feel very welcomed .I'll definitely be doing business with them again.
