This monument is a wonderful expression of gratitude to the sacrifices made by our armed forces service members as well as a good historical depiction of how far we have come. There are some interesting pictures and facts that I had never seen or heard before. Went at night with fog in the air and a great breeze. It was a nice stop after walking the boardwalk.

Very small, but very nice. It's also right along the Virginia Beach boardwalk where there's plenty of places to eat or drink at.

1st time in Va. Beach, but never go on vacation from ohio to somewhere you gotta take thermals, lol.. monument was bad ass... great thing to see..
