Been here a handful of times and overall give it 5 stars. I love the covered outdoor seating, the beer selection is great, and the barnyard fries are my favorite, pretzel is great, husband had the ribs and enjoyed them, he used to get the chicken fried steak, but that looks like it may have moved on from the menu. I like the Killingsworth Chicken Club also, and tried the Addy before. It was a little dry, but I'm sure had we asked they would have fixed it but it was fine enough. Service has always been pretty good and the only times it was a wait was when it was busy and they appeared understaffed which I totally understand being in the industry right now. Overall, enjoy going here.
Even with all the crazy happening with the storm tore up tent out front and frozen pipes, Sol and the rest of the staff were welcoming and friendly. Chelsea knows how to make a darn good Old Fashioned, and the beer selection is great, too! Wish they were open today...I'd head over!Food: 5/5
This place has declined like no other. Used to be the best neighborhood bar ever. EVER. The new since ~2021 owner is running it into the ground. They still have beer…that’s about the best I can say. I get the modern challenges, but they don’t. There are SO MANY doing it far batter. I sat in the bar during happy hour while the owner, some staff, and maybe a customer or two bantered at the bar. I was totally ignored sitting at a table. It’s a poor shell of the neighborhood spot it used to be. Under the old ownership, the crew was tight and responsive. Now, they check in occasionally. No wonder the place is one third full at 5:50 pm…if that. At least they brought happy hour back.
Get there early! Enjoy the fog! The breakfast burrito is so satisfying! And don’t forget the bear claws. They are fresh and warm first thing. Not too sweet, right amount of almond crunch and paste. Coffee it’s too bad! Love visiting this place every time I drive through! The birds are smarter than you think…keep your eyes peeled for grab and go bird theives:
Had the chicken and waffles with sage syrup, was badass. Dishes that friends got looked great. Awesome service, nice tent area to hang out outside. It was Halloween weekend so theresas live music that wasn't great but hey, not everything is for everyone. Check em out.
Had a great lunch there. Service was nice and friendly. Sandwiches, burgers, chicken strips, salads and soups. A small bar is also there. Outside seating is available. Give them a chance.Food: 5/5
They are doing a great job handling the covid era! Super easy ordering with a QR code on the table that tells the staff exactly where to take everything. All the food was amazing and the beer was great too. Everyone was super respectful and the staff would approach our table only for check ins they were very friendly and gave us space otherwise. We brought our dog and they brought out a water bowl right away. Mask wearing required when away from the table, but not required at the table.
Highly recommend the wings, and make sure you get extra sides of bleu cheese dressing. I also like the deep fried pickles if you're feeling like an all-chicken dinner isn't socially appropriate but I say go for it.Food: 5/5
Delicious food, happy tummy ! My husband and I ordered chicken wings as appetizer, it was so tasty and balanced well with the blue cheese. As for the main courses, we had chicken & waffle and south of the border hash. Overall we had a quite amazing experience here. Chicken breast was juicy and crispy which I liked very much, and it went well with the syrup they poured over the waffle. My favorite was the hash, it was so flavorful. Service was great as well.
Very family friendly bright bar, with lots of beers on tap and TVs and better than average food. Opens early and has a good brunch menu. Great serviceFood: 5/5
