Neponset Landing Apartments

I've lived at Neponset Landing for a little under a year, and it's been a great experience thus far! The property is beautiful and in the PERFECT location right on the Neponset River. You're incredibly close to Boston and the whole South Shore is convenient to get to. It takes me about 25 minutes to commute to the Financial District by the red line when the red line isn't recovering from a derailment and the free shuttle service makes a huge difference when it comes to commuting expenses. It's also a very easy drive into the city for dinner, weekends, or a reasonably priced Uber after a night out. The amenities are fantastic and everything is sleek, modern, and clean all the time. The building is very pet friendly and is great for folks with hybrid/work-from-home schedules. The new management team has been great to work with - super friendly, and willing to go the extra mile for residents. That said, I want to give a special shoutout to James, Emmy, and Joe for making sure my application process from applying to moving in was smooth. The maintenance staff and concierge are awesome as well, they're always so personable, responsive, and welcoming! NOTE* the package deliveries have been smooth as well...which was one of my initial worries! Lastly, not only is the space and view amazing, but the management team plans great events and genuinely makes the building a fun and friendly community! 10/10 would recommend it

There are nothing but good things to say about this apartment home community. The maintenance staff is friendly and responsive and the management bends over backwards to make this beautiful place a positive and fun experience. The building and grounds are kept remarkably clean and all who work there provide service with a smile. I couldn’t be happier.

I signed a lease here recently after taking a tour with Joe. The leasing team made the process very smooth. I like how the building is near the T and there are some other good restaurants in close proximity. The space is very modern and I'm excited to have a gym in my building. It's also great how close the building is to downtown Boston.

I’ve lived at Neponset Landing for about one year now and have loved it! The new management company has been great to work with and accommodating. They have worked hard to make a lot of changes and the new hallways look amazing!

The Neponset Landing Apartments are beautiful, clean and friendly! I have had wonderful interactions with the management and I have witnessed them being so kind courteous to all who live here. Truly, a wonderful place!

Updated I have emailed both management and the email provided for a week with no reply. It would be more helpful to your ratings if you check your emails and take actions instead of telling us to do so up here.

I really can't find the express They are often put away, and then super often goes missing I really need my express, but I haven't received it for five days. I can't see super I'm not sure what time she goes to work Sometimes I don't come to work at 10 o'clock in the morning

Poor business and service! The leasing team have trouble communication skills. The deposit of $500 deposit is a scam it’s non refundable which they won’t tell you. So if you just apply and don’t get expected they keep it! So watch out for that!!!!!!!!! Went to see a unit they have on the market that wasn’t available to see. Told me they were renovating the apartment and when I went to see it nothing was completed. Told me the apartment would be updated but they was just going to change the floor and paint. Keep the apartment with old appliances. The washer and dryer was so small it was like putting to college fridges together. You would still have to go to the laundry mat. When I asked them are they going to change it they said if it works it stays. No not for $2000 plus a month. Plus you have to pay for parking if you want to have a spot. So I back out and lost my $500 but that was way worth it then being stuck living there !!!

I’m very pleased with the treatment and respect Emmy the secretary and Mr. Campbell leasing manager provides when I need assistance with my apartment and paper work.

Great facilities and close proximity to everything you need in Quincy or a short ride up to Boston.
