New Balance Factory Store

I have cerebral palsy witch has always made shoe shopping a undesirable exercise until I found this store. I told them about my past experiences at other stores and the things I need in a shoe. The manager brought me different styles of shoes to try then waited for me to get them on walk around the store and give feedback. THE BEST SHOES SHOPPING EXERCISE I HAVE EVER HAD!

Beware of this business. I advise you to pay close attention to your purchase. Make sure your shoe style matches the box otherwise, if you wish to make a exchange, they will not do it. Additionally, I strongly recommend that you try on both shoes before purchasing them. Sometimes one shoe is bigger than the other one. The shoes are great. The people working there, not so much.

First time visiting, went on the off-chance they would have basketball shoes for my teen daughter. We didn't see anything initially, but a couple of friendly workers checked in to see if we needed help, and found 3 different pair in the back! And the price was AMAZING! We walked out of there with all 3 pair for less than $60. I literally got choked up with emotion, everything is so expensive right now, normally a single pair of her shoes is well over $100, I feel like we won the lottery. Seriously. So now she's got 3 great shoes just before her season starts, plus the folks who helped us were genuinely helpful and friendly. We will absolutely be back!

Service was fine. I did score some good deals on running shirts. Running shoes are priced the same as anywhere else unless you look at clearance. Pretty good sized place and selection. Hours were weird.

Bought these NB shoes for only $33!! Went to Ontario mills didn't find anything so decided to stop by and found these shoes on the clearance rack!

A true factory store, this place is hidden among industrial buildings rather than part of any mall or shopping complex. The staff is eager to help. Was pretty busy on a Summer Saturday. Deals better than a Footlocker but not blow you away good.

I was hoping to take a tour of the factory but it's really not a factory! Who knew? Overall it's a cool place to get some good quality shoes at reasonable prices. I recommend this place if you are looking for high quality shoes. Have a beautiful day and hope all is well with you and your family!

Found not only a fair selection of wide my needed size option here, which WSS does NOT have, but in a couple styles that I had not pondered. One issue- same size across different styles did NOT fit...curious & disappointing

I returned 180.00 of shoes because my wife purchased incorrect sizes. Alexis looked over my returns and the MOD Jonah processed my return. Minutes later I asked Jonah if he could help me in locating one of the brands I had just returned so I could purchase a larger size in that shoe. Jonah replied: “Oh, someone’s already put away the shoes” then he walked away. Wow, I was surprised that there was so little interest. On my own I located the sales associate Alexis who initially assisted me. Alexis took ownership and quickly directed me to where to find the brands. My wife and I walked out with a 160 dollars purchase. Thank You Alexis in stepping up and assisting us. You are very much appreciated!
