If you need av dog optometrist, this is probably where you'll end up. They do have a lot of specialists which is nice.
The desk folks are pretty useless here, though, kind of like you're always talking to someone who just started working their, even though I've seen them over and over.
If you have an eye emergency, don't listen to the desk, they have a 24 hour dr on staff, just go and don't wait for the three months they'll try to wait to schedule you out. If you ask when whatever doctor you're trying to see arrives, also, they can give you an estimate of when will be a good time to walk in, but you have to know that's what you want.
Good luck!

Highly recommended by our regular veterinarian who we fully trust. From reception through specialized surgical and rehabilitation service and process all features of our experience met and exceeded our expectations. Our furry family member/patient is well as predicted by our surgeon... No surprises and delivered as promised.
Thanks to all we met, each of you demonstrated competence, understanding, and caring.
Best wishes to you and your leadership.

I stop heart guard in the winter, so I called up and asked how much it would be if i came in for the test, before I starting giving it again. They quoted me a price and i made an appointment for only that test. The doc comes in and does an exam, that i wasn't aware of, and i was charged for it. 2 months later i'm still being charged. They are just out to make $$$$ obviously and it's high time i find a new vet. Donna Davis Windsor CT

No one in the waiting room and we waited for an hour, vet tech came in didn't introduce himself, then told us our dog was most likely sick from "this" but didn't talk to us or ask questions. We were 100% positive that it wasn't what he said. Then he leaves and we wait another 35 for the vet. She comes in so agitated and scowling at us. Cold and unfriendly following right in suit with the vet tech. My husband and I continue to explain she most definitely didn't get into any toxins. She leaves and comes back with a bill for 1,850 for observation, urine analysis, and blood panel. We left and kept a close eye on her. She was fine after a few hours. We followed up with our vet the next morning and he was extremely disturbed by our experience and their behavior. He also said that it's not the first time he's heard negative things.

Our cats have been regular patients here and when one of our senior cats developed Bladder Stones and cancer--the service and treatment could not have been better. A great team of doctors and they help you make the decisions that are right for your family and your pet. My cat is responding to well to treatment and we could not be more pleased!
