New Hampshire Martial Arts Academy

What a wonderful place for my 5 year old to learn martial arts and so much more. You might not even realize it but martial arts help everyone learn how to follow instructions and be aware of their bodies and how to think differently in our hectic society. The patience the instructors have with him is astounding. Nothing about teaching 5 year olds is easy and they do it with such care and make it fun. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about it.

My son has only been part of New Hampshire Martial Arts Academy for a short time. In that time, I have witnessed incredible growth in his self control, patience and listening. These were all areas that I had hoped he would develop by being a part of these classes. I am extremely pleased with the positive effect it has instilled within our family- as well the feeling that it will continue. Master Hardy is very patient and knowledgeable, I am hopeful for the continued gains that my son has the potential to accomplish.

Taekwondo has helped my teenager in numerous ways. He is more focused, motivated, and driven - both academically and personally - since taking taekwondo. It has helped him become stronger, both physically and in character. He has met wonderful people with whom he shares the common bonds of dedication, respect, and friendship. I truly believe it has helped him through these sometimes difficult years, and has allowed him to develop and continually challenge himself. Grandmaster Hardy is a fabulous role model and teacher, exhibiting an admirable combination of wisdom, discipline, and kindness. I couldn’t be happier with how my child has grown since taking taekwondo at NHMAA, and am looking forward to seeing all the ways he will continue to grow in the future as he works toward his black belt.

Training with my 6 year old son at NH Martial Arts Academy has been a wonderful experience. The quality of instruction is second to none and I feel very fortunate to receive instruction from a Grand Master in Tae Kwon Do, Grand Master Hardy. My son is developing both mentally and physically and I am truly amazed with his progress. He has become more self-confident, respectful, and focused, and he loves the training! I would highly recommend any age group to train at NH Martial Arts Academy with Grand Master Hardy. Stephen and Lucas
