One of my favorite places to run! Clean and forgiving trails all along the river. Well trafficked and safe. Dog friendly.

Good place to walk, but it is a great place to ride you bike.  The trail connects onto River road so you can ride it all the way up to Gaylordsville.   Great views of the river and many places to stop and look at the river.  You could at that point ride to bull bridge and continue up to Kent on the West side of the river.  One day maybe they will add the connector so you can do this without getting onto 7 ( I guess you could go back east on normal roads to come out at bull bridge and avoid 7 right now using normal roads).

Great place to walk along the Housatonic river. For parking search for Sega Meadows parking.
