This was not a great cut. I have been here before and had a great experience, but unfortunately this was not the case yesterday. While the stylist was perfectly polite, she appeared very quiet and checked out as she kept looking out of the store into the mall. I asked for light layers, a small amount of layers, and the last two inches of my hair are some of the choppiest layers I have ever had. Not only this, but the stylist overloaded my hair with product so much so that I couldn't even get it all out with washing it this morning. It is tangled and feels disgusting at the bottom like there is a film on it. I get it, stylists have to promote the product but I find it hard to believe that my thin hair requires FOUR products, including a thick serum. It was not build up from my own doing, as I do not regularly use product. Very disappointed, I will unfortunately not be going back to this stylist.

I love this salon! Neck and head massages and hand massages included in services. My stylist, Casey, is a pro-- her blowouts are Amazing. I get loads of compliments and the style lasts at least 3 days. She's on time and takes extra time to make sure your hair looks perfect. This place is so convenient, right next to Macy's in Ridgedale. Don't miss this great place, you will love it!
