CROOKED OWNER - SHOP ELSEWHERE! Scammed me out of $2,020 by not delivering my order, I had to dispute the charge to get refunded. I paid $2,020 for a lens, their employee delayed putting the order through (lens would arrive days later than it should have- for what was supposed to be next-day delivery- causing me to miss using it on a professional photoshoot); and whenever I would call to get a tracking # and see what was up with the order they'd hang up on me. Then after 2 days the owner cancels the order, but doesn't give me my money back... I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, just to get a refund. If a problem with your order comes up, instead of being polite, they get nasty and use vulgar language.

VeryVery nice shop. They have a bunch of good stuff, are super helpful and friendly. Good prices as well!

We had a great experience at New York Camera ~ they helped us fix two of our very expensive cameras that we use to take pictures of our product at our flower shop. I was expecting a huge bill or to have them tell me they could not help us but they fixed both, cleaned them and reset all the factory settings for us for a super low price. We are probably going to use them again to transfer some of our old videos on to DVD soon too. I highly recommend them.

I usually come in when Brian is behind the counter, and it's always excellent customer service. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The prices are really good, too.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this store. I went to the store February 2016 to sell a couple cameras. I tried multiple times to call and get a status of my cameras and got nowhere. I brought my receipt in today only to be told they had no idea what happened to the cameras I brought in. I was told I could either be given the same cameras I brought in (not mine though) or I could take cash. The gentleman was rude to me and actually yelled at me. Their record keeping leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.... this is not how customers should be treated.
