I got my Canadian passport photo here and everything went smoothly, thank you. The only issue was I was under the impression the stamp ink would dry eventually, but it never did several days later. Just be really careful with the stamp. The process itself was super quick and the prices were reasonable. The person at the counter knew exactly what to do for a Canadian photo and got me setup immediately.

I've used their services a few times so far, and I've always been excited to see the finished result. They've made my diplomas, certificates, and posters look really professional and great. It was all worth it. I'd highly recommend anyone in the area or anyone looking for high quality framing work to stop there! Keep up the great work.

The issue I have with this store. I had ordered a custom frame for a very custom hand drawn poster. First off, the person I had drop it off to get it done was told the frame was wood painted like stainless steel? Why not just get stainless steel frame? Either way its kind of irrelevant. So she calls a week later to find out the status and they said that last thursday the "wood" came in scratched. Why did they not call to let us know that it may be delayed or that they got scratched wood? Nope nothing. The lady at the front said the bottom of the receipt says no refunds, and no returns and that they would charge the card. However, she did in fact waive this. The point is, if you are time pressed or want to be kept informed of the situation with your precious pictures or posters. Go somewhere else.

This is my 5th or 6th year using MFS for a work project. Everything is always very, very nicely done and is always delivered on time (usually early). The prices are reasonable and the staff is always very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend and, of course, will be using again.

The staff is super helpful and extremely patient. My husband and I went back and forth trying to decide on a frame to get for our painting we got on our trip. They gave us a few different recommendations and made the process super easy! We received so many compliments on the framing and love looking at it every day. They are so talented and better yet, their prices were super reasonable. They were almost 1/2 the cost of what a Michaels were trying to charge us. We're so glad to have found this place.
