Newmark Grubb Zimmer

We worked specifically with a broker named, Justin Beal out of the Lee’s Summit area. Initially he was fully engaged with us as far as meeting with us, providing numbers, being helpful, etc...then after a meeting with the landlord he most definitely checked out. We requested some numbers for our newly acquired investor and he didn’t even take the time to put the real numbers together but instead provided us with someone else’s numbers as an example. That was of zero help to us or our investor. When asked again for such numbers he just flat out never sent them. It felt like once the deal became a little more complicated then him just showing up to show a location, he checked out. What a shame too because we ended up finding a new broker who worked hard and got us the deal and a location we love. If this is how Newmark Grubb Zimmer, train their brokers to treat clients, then in no way would I recommend this company.
