Nice Sprout Cafe

My girlfriend and I had mixed experiences the first and second times we visited. The first time was wonderful. The second time was...less-than-stellar. Nice Sprout pulled through on the customer service and went above and beyond to rectify things, though, which was appreciated. Our preferred dish is the rosemary avocado toast. Ripe avo, hearty toast, and a delicious rosemary butter I think it is?. Simple, but hits the spot if you have that craving. Though maybe getting up there on the pricey side, just considering the ingredients. And the dish is presented beautifully the avocado being cut to resemble petals of a flower. We think the concept is great, and feel the owners seemed to legitimately care about the product they're serving, and our fluke visit may have been due to how busy the place was that time -- they do, after all, spend some time on presentation, so the person behind the counter may have just been caught with a backlog. I'm sure they'll work out the kinks and we'll be happy to pay them a visit again.

I tried one of the bowl options, the roasted squash was rubbery and tasted uncooked. Would've been nice to have a plant based protein option to add to the bowl like black beans, nuts, or tofu. Disappointed in this place. Had high hopes from the photos.
