Nice little spot to get some milk tea and some snacks! Milk teas were okay, but the food was awesome! Popcorn chicken and fries were bomb!

Their bobas are very large and delicious. They have non-dairy creamers! The fried zucchini is good too. The noodles are just instant noodles, but the broth/sauce is flavorful - very beefy meaty like slow cooked braised beef despite lack of meat.

I love this place! They make good drinks!!! Worth the wait hehe The noodles and nuggets are my fave!!! And the owner is so nice We go here at least weekly!

First time here today and was an excellent experience! Ken was so knowledgeable on the products and history of the store and took the time to recommend such good drinks! Definitely worth the hour drive! The chicken, drinks, and sweet potato fries were superb!

Had a mango strawberry Moo Moo, which is essentially their version of a smoothie. Fresh fruit, very smooth, quite drinkable. A whipped topping is added at the very top. Great whipped topping though be advised it's also quite sweet. Parking out front is standard for West U spots. Friendly staff.

Love their popcorn chicken it is just to die for! Insanely good deal as well for the portion
