......I have paid all my bills with NIPSCO, on time every month ......for the last eleven months .....since I have had service with them!........always on time!!! .....So I requested a simple letter of reference from NIPSCO ...since I am a customer who pays ontime!!.......they told me that would not be possible ........so I filed a small claims court complaint ....and about 3 days later NIPSCO then sent me the letter of reference I needed.....they also did not show up at the court date ....I am not surprised at that ...since NIPSCO , knew they were wrong. I won the case against nipsco. .......However ,NIPSCO continues to harass me by refusing to process my payment ... and of course they are trying to ruin my credit rating . ....... You can sue NIPSCO in court for harassment and for any other matter if needed. ......I will file another court claim against NIPSCO if they continue their harrassment, and refuse to process and accept my payment.
