This is the second time I have scheduled my pick up with this company and they have completely left me stranded didn't even sound like they cared much either. I will never use them again nor would I recommend it. One time ok fine but 2 times out of two times seems a bit outrageous

I called last night t reserve a taxi this morning for 8:30 to airport. They were supposed to call me at 8:20 this morning to make certain I was ready. Not only did I not receive a call no taxi showed up. When I called from telephone number I left with them (over 5 times) I never got an answer. I ended up calling a different company and they showe up within 15 minutes. Upon my arrival at airport, I called Nitro on my cell
