Salt Lake Express

Never expect this bus to arrive on time or to get you to your destination on time. I have had three separate occasions where my trip was delayed 2-3 hours and there were no bad weather conditions. Also expect the buses to be 100+ degrees during the summer because they will NOT switch out the buses for the passengers if the AC is broken. It was a miserable trip where everyone was severely dehydrated, babies were screaming the whole trip from the heat, and completely soaked in sweat. I also had an experience with the Salt Lake Express where the driver took our luggage and put it underneath the bus, but forgot to shut the compartment door. After 15 minutes of driving one of the passengers noticed the compartment was open. Luckily, none of the luggage had fallen out. But it was a frustrating experience for sure. Will never ride again.

I've used the Express a few times before but never really thought anything of it until our driver Kenny S. pulled up to our stop. He was so kind and made sure we all got on and even put our luggage in the back in order of our stops. When we stopped, he didn't have to dig through all the luggage to get the bags out. He also made sure that we were all comfortable in the shuttle. Great person, you are lucky to have him as a driver for your company.

Stephanie our driver made a big difference to me! The shuttle bus was full, the luggage trailer was pretty full too. I was the last person to pickup before heading to the airport. Stephanie managed the whole situation in a timely and friendly way. She is the kind of driver we all can have confidence in and like her manner as well. This was my first time taking a bus from the airport to Idaho Falls. It was so easy and comfortable. The waiting spot was easily accessible and close to my airport door. I arrive about 15 minutes early and the bus arrived 10 minutes early. The driver checked our names off the list and loaded our suitcases. The bus was very nice, clean, and comfortable. There are no restrooms aboard, but the driver notified us of the upcoming stops and which ones would be for refueling and restrooms, so that part went really well. I would take the Salt Lake Express again and highly recommend it.

I was on your 9:45 am shuttle from Mesquite to Las Vegas airport on Tuesday, May 8, 2018. There were a couple of issues with this trip. 1. The bus was 15 minutes late. If this was due to the driver getting to work late, or a passenger being late, this is unacceptable. Almost everyone had a flight to catch. The bus was completely full, so if it was due to trying to get everyone and their luggage on board, this is barely acceptable. 2. The biggest issue is this: May 8 was the hottest day of the year so far, with temps already in the 90's at 10 am. This bus, with its full load of passengers, did NOT have functioning A/C. The blower was working, barely. This bus should never have left the garage without air conditioning. 3. We were not offered bottled water to help us endure the heat on the bus. I pity the people who took that bus back to Mesquite and St. George, as the temperature rising through the morning. While the price is a very good deal, and you do have some good reviews here, I am not certain that I will consider using your company again, if this is the quality of service you provide.
