I booked through Showcase (approximately 3 weeks ago), to drive my 2 friends and I for a 1 hour drive in the hot pink charger. I did my homework and personally decided that the amenities, as well as the hot pink charger was worth my money. Upon booking I was promised amenities that included; a red carpet (once we arrived at our destination), water/ice/glasses, as well as accessibility (such as Bluetooth/aux chord) to play my own music throughout the duration of our drive. When the driver arrived, I immediately asked her to help us connect our devices for music, before taking off (as time is money and I did not want to waste time trying to figure out how to play music) we spent approx. 10 to 15 mins. trying to connect our devices, which failed because the stereo had a full memory and would not allow us to connect our music. After countless failed attempts, we eventually accepted the idea of listening to the radio. (Disappointment #1) The hour drive was very enjoyable, which is why I give this a 2 star rating. However, once we reached our destination, the driver opened the door to chauffeur us out, which is when my friend pointed out that the driver had not rolled out the red carpet (as promised). The drivers comment was that because it was damp and had been raining she felt no need to get the red carpet out. I was appalled that the red carpet was left at the discretion of the driver, with no communication to me! The paying customer! (Disappoint #2)
I called and spoke with the manager, in which he apologized and stated the stereo would have been an easy fix by simply deleting the memory (and he would train his staff how to do so) and then apologized on behalf of the driver not rolling out the red carpet. Being that I paid $273 for a 1 hour drive in which the major amenities DID NOT HAPPEN, I was unsatisfied and I expected some settlement, however management and I have been playing phone tag, and now 3 weeks have gone by and nothing has been done. I would not recommend this service!

Overall we had a nice time, great weather and great friends. There were a few issues that I did have. When I called in to reserve the limo for our wine tasting event, I was told that the staff would set up the route for us. They would call wineries and let them know a large group was coming in, and that most of the wineries would give discounts since we were using Showcase. Also stated that the limo would have a cooler for our drinks and set up with red lighting (or any other color we wanted) in the limo. I aslo verified that we could use the limo longer than 4 hours, if needed, as we all know trips go over. I called on Wednesday before our trip to verify the winery schedule and nothing had been done but was told that it would be. I also verified we would have the cooler available for water, and was told that water was actually provided for us, which was going to be a good bonus. Our driver showed up at noon and had no idea where we were going, just that she was to take us on a wine tour. When I let her know that we wanted to go to Bitner, Koenig and Sawtooth, she only had directions to Sawtooth. I spent the next 15 minutes bringing up addresses so she could add them to her GPS. The limo was clean, but there was no red lighting and the "cooler" was ice with water bottles. There were 10 of us and only 6 bottles of water. If I had known that the bottled water supplied, was only 6, we would've brought more. We ended up 30 minutes over our time, after our driver told us we had to leave as she had to get the limo back by 5:30, so much for being able to keep it. I was charged the extra time, to be expected, but funny that the 15 minutes for me to educate the driver on where wineries were, was not considered the services time, but it was considered my time. Again, we had a nice time, the limo was fun and it was nice not to worry about driving, but the quality of service, overall, was low. If I would've known I had to worry about scheduling what wineries to go to and how to get there, I would've been prepared. Don't take their word that everything will be set up for you.
