How do I begin, first of all clean bathrooms!!!! The whole place was huge to where whatever you have you have room. You can set it up anyway you want to. I went to a wedding there, it was FANTASTIC. People you hire takes care of you, not the place itself. I wanted some water the facilities didn't have water to give, so make sure who you hire have everything you need.
Awesome facility and great service from the folks that help you with your event. I can't recommend this place enough. They took such good care of me during my event, BizCon. We will use them again and recommend you do too!
This is a beautiful event space! My company hosted an event here and we had access to the entire building. Great thought was put into each room and how it could be used. Including rooms for the bride and groom to get ready, "cocktail" hour rooms and the patio area. The main ballroom is very spacious and can be transformed into anything you can dream of. Their staff was extremely friendly and available when needed.
Such an amazing place to bring children to experience princess gatherings. I'm so glad someone decided to make this happen!
Beautiful venue. First time here for a friends wedding and it looks amazing. Good to hold about 1-250.
My husband and I just got married at Noah’s in Charlotte in November. We had booked the venue over a year in advance and there were some changes throughout the year but Noah’s was very accommodating and everyone we spoke with was great. Leading up to our wedding we worked with Candice. She was AMAZING. From our final layout meeting to our wedding she was there for us every step of the way. She was quick to respond and handled any issues that arose. The night of our rehearsal dinner and on our wedding day she went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. We were so impressed and grateful for all of her hard work. The venue itself is gorgeous and there are so many options. We had an English wedding and an Indian wedding so it was a perfect place to hold several events during the day since Noah’s has multiple event rooms. We were so happy with the way our wedding turned out and we would definitely recommend Noah’s event venue!
I went here for a wedding reception. I had no idea this place was back there. It was beautiful. Inside, there are separate sections. Guests enjoyed drinks and appetizers on one side. The doors to the dining area and dance floor remained closed until the wedding party arrived.
Went there for a job fair. The job fair was not very helpful, the building was none. Would be a great area for large meetings, wedding receptions, etc. It has a main area fairly large and two very large told on either side. The right side was sweet up for food options. I would recommend it.
I hosted an event at Noah’s in July 2019 and rented the full facility for a private event. I truly loved the building design & layout, which is what led me to book there 10 months before my event date. I hosted my event in July 2019 and the facility had no working air condition on a day that was 95 degrees. I had 180 female attendees dressed up for an indoor event that had to endure uncomfortable temperatures for hours with no resolution. The staff did not offer water, fans or any resolution to make the attendees comfortable with the high temperatures, we were simply told that a technician was called to repair the air. The technician did not resolve the broken air until the end of my programming, so for hours, ladies were sitting in a hot room trying to enjoy the programming & eat lunch while having to fan themselves, open doors for fresh air and many sweat through their event attire. Many of my attendees were also pregnant and the hot July temperatures with no air condition was unacceptable. I submitted a formal complaint to Noah’s based on my experience not having air on the day of my rental, and to date November 2019 this complaint still has not been professionally resolved. The senior manager has not handled my complaint with any urgency or efficiency. I would not recommend any bride or private event be held here because if something goes wrong, you can expect no customer service resolution to resolve the wrong doing.
The venue was quite nice, and had adequate parking. My issues are with customer service. I paid for a champagne toast, and not only didn't I receive it, but I went to the bar that I paid in advance for, and requested a glass of champagne. I was told I could not have one, because it was being saved for the champagne toast. At the end of the night, I informed management that I didn't receive the champagne toast, and I requested to take the case of champagne that I paid for, home with me. That was not allowed, but I caught the gentleman in charge of alcohol sneaking a bottle of champagne to one of my guests, before she left. After many calls to Noah's, and being told several times that Corporate was notified and a reimbursement check was on its way, the venue stopped answering my calls. It was only after I showed up personally that someone actually gave me an email address to someone in Corporate. After communicating with 3 different people in Corporate, receiving promises from each and many more phone calls to complain, I finally received a reimbursement check abouts 3 months after my initial complaint. Also, the day that I went to Noah's to check out the venue, I was required to pay in full to reserve my date. I paid in full the same day, but Noah's took 3 months to reimburse me, and gave away a bottle of my champagne.
