Oh my goodness these rooms were spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff did the same sort of job that you'd see at a five-star hotel. The linens were clean and crisp and the beds were made perfectly. The entire room was really clean and it looks like it was refreshed recently. The downside to this hotel is it seems like the maintenance staff is pretty sloppy. The corridors and elevator look like the beginning of a law and order episode see my picture of the elevator with the flickering lights. The tiles in the bathroom also had kind of a sloppy repair job. Otherwise it was a fantastic hotel and I would absolutely stay there again if I was in town. It looked like they had a pretty big pool however I didn't have time to visit it. Front desk person who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.  Rooms: Rooms were spotlessly clean and they look like they were refreshed recently with the exception of the bathroom tiles. Absolutely stellar housekeeping staff.  Wi-fi: Nothing special your general hotel Wi-Fi  Noteworthy details: The soap and shampoo in the bathroom were very high quality.

Beautiful property.  The lobby is lovely and inviting. The rooms were spacious and super clean.  I love the location of the pool and hot tub, right in the lobby, I'd never seen anything like it.  Our front desk host was amazing, Tia was professional and very pleasant, greeted us with a lovely smile.Rooms: 4/5

Great, clean hotel. The only complaint I have is that you have to use your key card to get to your floor and at least one of the elevators doesn't have a sign telling you that! It would be super helpful if they let you know during check in. I thought the elevator was broken. I felt dumb until I had to explain it to multiple other guests who also thought it was broken. Rooms are great. Pool area looked really nice but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. Location was out of the way of the busy areas of time. Next to a gas station.

Great bartender but expensive drinks. Shuttle to airport was it great. Shuttle back from a airport was frustrating. Although the driver was very kind and helpful. I'm very economical to leave vehicle at the hotel. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.Hotel highlightsQuiet

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Loved the hours didn't end early with the bar/ restaurant area. Only wish was for smart tvs. But the stay was greatRooms: 5/5

Outstanding FOH staff, great size rooms and amenities. Restaurant/Bar food fresh and plentiful and flavorful. Bartenders are friendly and attentive. Stayed 4x in 2 months and have never been disappointed!!

I was not a guest at the hotel but was using their facilities; and encountered a small problem I thought I lost my phone in the lobby; and the front desk staff, their management and back office staff went above a beyond to help me; eventually my phone was found thanks to their diligence and professionalism I wish I had taken their names as they were super helpful!

I came to this hotel to pick up a friend . While I was walking to The room i saw a staff Member rushing going to one of The room. In her running She pushed and elderly really hard and Did Not Even stop to apologyse. I wait to complain thinking to ask for the manager but when she return in few minutes her badge was showing she was the manager Lupita Hall. My friend came and we left, but thinking that you go in these hotels and you pay money and someone like Lupita can abuse you and act like it's her house! I want ppl to know just to stay away and in case something like this happens call the police!

Tired hotel, needs much updating. Breakfast was very disappointing. Room was nice and clean. Wouldn’t recommend but also wouldn’t avoid if there wasn’t other options.Rooms: 4/5

After our connection was missed the airlines put us up here for the night.  The staff were helpful and friendly.  The room was a basic room with nothing special.  Beds were comfortable.  The main issue I had was that it looked like parts of the bathroom floor were not mopped or cleaned as there was some tissue and a plastic cup wrapper behind it, I only noticed this a while after we were in the room, so maybe a bit more through cleaning is needed.
