Suburban Extended Stay Hotel

I like this place. However the gm acts like he is on a power trip. You definitely do not want to get in his way.

Clean..affordable temporary housing.. friendly staff..clean rooms with fridge..kitchen table. Chairs.. dishes..pots..pans are provided. Room service twice a week... quiet...I highly recommend.

Built originally as a studio 6 I stayed here back in 2004 when new and was impressed, my most recent stay not so impressed. With a refit long overdue, this hotel could use some TLC however my biggest complaint, they have the hardest pillows I have ever slept on.

I'm a construction worker , pipefitters gods of the trade. But anyways the rooms are decent , excellent place to stay for the price . No violence or crime , everyone keeps to there self. And the staff are great there very helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel. I loved the kitchen I’m the room and the laundry facility on site. the staff was awesome,the lady Alita was very friendly at the desk. She also helped us with finding restaurants in the area and the Walmart we will becoming back to Charlotte soon. I will returning to the suburban.

Newly renovated, cleaning staff is up to par. Not a dirty transit hotel. Close to airport and uptown Charlotte. Chris is the manager, he has good customer service skills.

I really enjoyed my stay!!! The rooms are clean and up to my standards. The lady at the front desk Alita was really professional and knowledgeable about the area. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Charlotte.

It was nice and clean and also the lady at the front desk was very kind and respectful and she also was very helpful. I will always go to this hotel when I’m in town. I believe her name was ms.lightfoot she was the best
