Great store, other than while there last night. My cousin and I were wandering after finding what we needed, I hear a voice from behind me that states, “uh just so you guys know, we’re closed” in the rudest tone I’ve ever heard. Then when we turn around and walk to the counter as to not bug the staff any longer (FYI it was five after 8, and I didn’t know they were closed as I did not check the time until I was rudely told so) Anthony, asked if we were paying with a card, I was but my cousin was not. He looked even more irritated. So you’re telling me your cash drawers were already put away? I put it all on my card and we left. Given the second thought, I should have just left my supplies and walked out. I won’t be back.

We came in to order balloons, they took out order and gave a time estimate of 25 mins, I came back 30 mins later for our order and they hadn't even started, our balloons were lost and the lady didn't even know what we had picked out. I had to grab all of the balloons again and they didn't bag them so balloons popped and got twisted on our way out the door. They had to redo the balloons and bag them correctly which made us an hour later to get home. Now my 2 year old won't have a nap before her party and they've completely ruined our day. I'll barely have time to set up any other decorations. Beyond pissed, no compensation. We were just told "sorry this happens all the time". Never coming here again.
