Cramped area. Small variety of products in each area. Impossible to get assistance. Staff seems bothered when asked questions once they are tracked down. High priced.

Great selection. Bad customer service though! They wouldn't take perfectly good product back unless the card used to buy them was present. I'm from out of state and it's not like I can just go back and return them. My fiance tried but they wanted my card so they could refund the money. Unnecessary in my opinion.

Very disappointed we ordered balloons to be table height and they gave us floor height. Something as simple as that shouldn't be messed up. And we also bought some $12.99!!!!! confetti poppers and some got stuck and wouldn't open. Please fix this problem and make sure all confetti poppers are functional. For that price they should be all working.

Praises for the Council Bluffs PARTY CITY Store!  They went WAY out of their was to help me find some Palm Trees.  Thank you Anita, her manager, and their team - for all you did.  I am so grateful.  I will continue to shop this friendly, helpful store!!!
