The carbonara was way too salty. The tuna crudo was supposed to come with a 'nduja dressing, which is derived from a spicy spreadable salami, but instead came with something of a sweet thousand island dressing - the broccoli rabe underneath had no flavor, and the tuna itself looked like it was butchered with a butter knife. Fortunately, you can't mess up burrata.
Horrible service for the pricew you pay. There was 3 of us and one of us didn't get the food until 21 minutes after we got ours. We asked about the food twice with the only answer we got was "on its way". When I asked for a discount, the server laughed, then I asked for the manager. They said ok when the manger came he was professional and offered a discount but the server was horrible.
Service took a long time. Food was not terrible for airport food.Food: 4/5
Not a family friendly venue! Completely overpriced and underwhelming. The food was terrible. The service was bad. The manager stated explicitly that kids preferably not be in his restaurant. Stay away!!!!Food: 1/5
Service was good and food arrived in a reasonable amount of time ~10 minutes. I read previous reviews and decided to chance it for spaghetti. Sad to say the meatballs are nasty but the noodles and sauce were pretty good. The red sauce has a sweeter taste. This a solid choice for drinks due to location, seating, and entertainment . However, maybe not for meatballs. Staff was attentive and willing to explain the use of tablets. Do not expect a lot of attention for ordering because that’s the point of technology. I saw complaints about having to tip ahead of time which isn’t true. You can adjust before closing your tab. Complaints about dirty utensils, which I didn’t see. Each table was set up for new customers. Management seems to be involved in improving the experience, but the food can be adjusted.
Crab cake and chicken wings garlic parmesan, the best I ever had, pair with a glass of wine. This restaurant accepts United miles was able to redeem 10k miles for $85+
Not sure about all the bad reviews on here, but the wine was perfect and the meatballs were really good. Food came fast and the tablets to order from were pretty straight-forward with large font. You're not meant to have a true server here, just someone to check up on you to make sure you're happy, understanding the tablets and to refill your water. A lovely stop for my 5-hour layover!
The food is mediocre at best. Most items are pre made, reheated frozen food. The service is non existing. The ordering is already automated through the ipads. It would not take much to make sure if the customer has everything they need. Glasses are dirty. Tables are dirty. If there is no fork and knife, sit somewhere else. No one asked me once if I need anything during my stay including when they brought my order. The coffee was terrible.
I was so excited to try this place, as I've walked by it a lot. Sadly, the service was extremely disappointing. I waited roughly 30-40 minutes for my food. The kitchen seemed to not want to do work today. The meatballs were ok but lacking flavor. The tomato sauce was good. What irked me the most was the fact that a forced tip was already added to my order before food arrived, and based on the experience, I would not have left a tip! If you want here, plan to have at least an hour minimum of free time.
The iPad ordering system is terrible. If you're going to automate the process, make it simple and stop trying to squeeze every cent of profit with banner ads everywhere on the screen. The food is poor quality at a premium price. $18 for a burger w/ processed cheese and fries was beyond disappointing. The "server" who greeted us was extremely nice and friendly, but the system he has to work within is broken or poorly executed. If this is the future of airport restaurants, air travel is doomed.
