Very rude service and disrespectful to others, sincerely do not recommend Amtrak train service to anyone.

station was easy to find,plenty of parking and there was a security truck patrolling the parking lot, The Inside of the station was very clean and well-lit ,the man who was working at the desk was very helpful when I asked him a question.... overall a very good experience with this station

Sandra and white guy name dave were rude nesity and racist. Bathroom were nesity. Soda machine out of order. Luggage tickets out of order etc

My Favorite Station! Very Clean, ample parking, clearly announced trains via speaker and telvisions so no confusion; the Best Amtrak station around!

Fairly new facility. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Parking lot has always had a space available. It's also conveniently located near the Tide light rail's Harbor Park stop. I would prefer if there was a cafe and baggage check-in available. You have to walk outside on the uncovered platform to get to and from the passenger loading area and waiting room. Prepare accordingly, meaning don't pack your umbrella or raincoat away until after boarding.
