North Beach Parking Plaza

In the heart of Clearwater Beach. The price is too good to believe. 2$ per hour or $20 for 24 hours. 2 elevators to get you up and down make it really easy if you have beach chairs and coolers with you. It's right next to the Beach and the shopping/restaurant district. Park here and walk around the place, easy access to everything.

So we have nothing but great things to say about this parking facility! It's was clean and a great price for the area, but most of our review comes from the outstanding service we got from Mike S. Upon leaving the garage we got flagged down by Mike. Another car had bumped into us and he had already got them to leave a note, had the camera footage ready for us, and got a shot of their license plate. He made what could have been a stressful end to our day, a smooth and pleasant procedure. Thanks Mike, we will definitely use this garage in the future and tell family and friends to go there as well!

Easy to find, plenty of spaces, exceptional value & much, much better than parking on street or trying to struggle to get a space in the open air lot beside the pier.

My family comes down to Clearwater every year and it is nice to have a place that we always know we can go straight to and park where we know we are not getting ripped off. Only $2 per hour. There are lots of shops in the area after we are done with our day at the beach too.

Nice parking garage with multiple levels and elevators right in the mix and on the beach street with shops and restaurants and great views
