North Georgia Tire & Alignment

My husband, I and our cat lost a travel trailer wheel on I75 south of Ringgold, GA and was graciously referred by Dunlap Family RV to North Georgia Tire and Alignment where we had our camper trailer towed. After professionally assessment of the situation, they repaired much of the damage including locating another wheel and made it trailable to our home in Midland, MI. The staff was extremely cordial as well as skilled as we spent most of the day in the warmth of the business. The fee and time was reasonable considering they worked us in and the extensive repair required. They even allowed our cat to stay in the hospitality room.

Roger and his technicians, are one of the most professional automotive facility's in Nw Georgia. He serviced my Bentley with accurate and honest diagnosis. Great place to do business with, hats off Roger, and thank you to both you and your wonderful staff!

I always have a good experience at NGT. Roger, David and Clay are always so friendly and take good care of my car. I always know it has had a good going over from the engine to wiper blades and Clay always makes sure all my lights are working and replaces the bulbs in ones that don't work. The mechanics in back never leave grease anywhere on my car which I appreciate. On some Saturdays there are even sausage biscuits and plain biscuits and always coffee for the customers. They know how to treat and appreciate their customers. Only place I trust my car to. Thank you NGT for such good treatment.😘😘

My father being 74 yr old went twice to these people trusting them because I recommend them big mistake cause they tried to sell me bald tires for 30 dollars a piece because I’m woman I think they thought I wouldn’t have any knowledge of tire and wouldn’t notice but I looked at them and said no no way and asked if I could go pick my own used tires and I did get almost new looking ones but anyways they put on two different sized tires now I use to change tires at Walmart and mounted and balanced them for a living and any time you put on two different sized tires it’s gonna wear one out more than the other and they suppose to have aligned the front end which they did not do correctly this makes the second time they have done this to my dad to the first time he bought new tires and aligned them supposedly but didn’t correctly because it made the tires wear out fast and they told him to come back and gave him a alignment free but charged him for a new set of tires again I’m sorry but y’all ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN AND OLD PEOPLE AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS OR YOU JUST DONT KNOW WHAT THE HELL YALL ARE DOING
