I had run over a bolt on my way to work. I have a long commute and thought I would have to call in late because no one else was open before 8. I arrived at 7:26 and they took care of me right away. Friendly service and fair prices. Will definitely be using their services again. The problem was fixed and I was out by 7:34. Great!

Been a customer here for a few years and for the most part been a pretty fair place until here recently. I have had several sets of control arm bushings installed here and the price has ranged from $20-$35 per side. Dropped off a set and no one gave me a quote or told me the price would be different than before. Chris called and ask if I wanted to buy more expensive ball joints to install cause he didn't have the correct socket to fit them. I told him I didn't want to buy anymore ball joints since I already have that set....told him to put blue lock-tite on them and tighten them with a pipe wrench....he said OK. When to pick them up and my bill was almost $200, almost triple (and I supplied the parts). Joe told me "the shop now has some new expensive sockets for taking off ball joints" .....That I bought. A customer should never be blindsided with a bill, the customer should know what the price will be before they drop the vehicle off. Thats customer service 101. I ask Chris about my bill...if it was correct, gave him every opportunity to make this right and his reply was "I only charged you for 3 hours labor, you are lucky I didn't charge you 4" I have spent thousands of $$$ on tires and services here and they have lost a customer over $75-$100. Sometimes you have to lose $50 to make a $1000, again customer service 101.

My father being 74 yr old went twice to these people trusting them because I recommend them big mistake cause they tried to sell me bald tires for 30 dollars a piece because I’m woman I think they thought I wouldn’t have any knowledge of tire and wouldn’t notice but I looked at them and said no no way and asked if I could go pick my own used tires and I did get almost new looking ones but anyways they put on two different sized tires now I use to change tires at Walmart and mounted and balanced them for a living and any time you put on two different sized tires it’s gonna wear one out more than the other and they suppose to have aligned the front end which they did not do correctly this makes the second time they have done this to my dad to the first time he bought new tires and aligned them supposedly but didn’t correctly because it made the tires wear out fast and they told him to come back and gave him a alignment free but charged him for a new set of tires again I’m sorry but y’all ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN AND OLD PEOPLE AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS OR YOU JUST DONT KNOW WHAT THE HELL YALL ARE DOING

I used these guys twice in the last month, expert service! I had wheels, tires, shocks, sway bar and a lowering kit installed. Truck handles and rides beautiful, thanks guys!

Great customer service. They gave me a great rate on tires and advised me on some repairs that would be needed soon. Great people to deal with!
