Pritchett Tire - Banks Crossing

I used to think highly of this place. UNTIL I got my car fixed here ended up paying $400 only to have driven it for a week and my car break down again. I recently took it to a different man and he informed me and even showed me where Pritchett didn’t replace the bad wires in my car they TAPED them together and charged me for all new parts. I will never return and I really hope you ladies out there know that they will try their best to get over on you. So please be careful.

Had a flat while on a trip to Atlanta. Pritchett was the closet tire store. They worked us in and repaired tire for very reasonable rate. Was entertained by the office golden doodle while we waited.

Always good customer service they are trustworthy and don't try to tell you your car needs repairs that it really doesn't when all you wanted was some tires. the only extra repairs that the have ever told me I needed other than what i brought it in for were serious and they never actually told me i couldn't leave in it, but they stressed how unsafe for myself and others if I drove it away. They showed me the bad parts and explained what could happen. They are also usually the cheapest option i can find for what i need and they operate in a trustworthy manner.
